We can help process many forms of trauma using scientifically proven treatments such as Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Brainspotting. Other approaches include Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Ego State Therapy.
Anxiety/Depression
We use therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help with symptoms of anxiety and depression.

How much are you services?
We charge $235 per hour for counselling services (as per the recommended rate by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta). Our intake sessions are 1.5 hours in length ($352.50). Please call us to inquire about the cost of a psycho-educational assessment.
How do I book?
You can click on book online now above to be taken to our booking calendar. You can also call us to book an appointment at 403-538-3058 or email at [email protected]. You do not need a referral to use our services. If your therapist is fully booked, please add yourself to the waitlist on our booking calendar.
I have been in an motor vehicle accident. How do I get an assessment?
Please call us right away so we can assist you in booking an assessment appointment and to answer any questions related to your claim.
How does billing work?
When booking we require a credit card to remain on your file. The credit card is charged the day of the appointment and a receipt is emailed to you. We provide a detailed receipt that you can use to submit to you insurance provider at your convenience.
Is there free parking?
Yes, there is free two-hour parking in front of the building.
