Katerina Jansen, Registered Psychologist

Katerina is a Registered Psychologist and Veteran Affairs (VAC) therapist. 

She uses an integrated approach when working with individuals, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Ego State Interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. In addition, Katerina offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). 

Katerina can help with self-esteem, pain management, trauma (including complex trauma and PTSD), treatment for individuals who have been in a motor vehicle accident (MVA), stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, life transitions, sleep issues (insomnia and nightmares), and interpersonal relationship challenges. She specializes in working with adults and couples, including Veterans and First Responders, and has taken advanced trainings in EMDR, couples therapy (focused on trauma and affairs), and is a HeartMath Certified Practitioner. Katerina provides Psycho-educational assessments. Katerina also is a Clinical Supervisor, and can supervise provisional psychologists externally.
